Individual Correspondence Courses

An Individual Correspondence Course (ICC) offers members the opportunity to study a technique under the guidance of an instructor who has demonstrated superior knowledge of the technique.  Individual Correspondence Courses are offered by EGA National.  For more information about this education opportunity, visit the EGA National website at www.egausa.org.

Group Correspondence Courses

A Group Correspondence Course (GCC) offers members the opportunity to study a technique with 20 of your closest EGA friends.  A GCC is very affordable; the group splits the $150 teaching fee evenly.  Each participant purchases their own text (usually less than $30) and supplies (also usually less than $30).  Usually done at the Chapter level, a group chooses the piece they want to work on, receives the instructions, and meets as a group to work on the piece and compare notes.  You may also take advantage of group pricing by joining an On-line GCC.  An on-line GCC is very similar to a regular GCC, but you may take an offered course without the rest of your Chapter.  The teaching fee is $20 and you purchase your own text and supplies.  To learn more about GCC's, or to register for an On-line GCC, visit the EGA National website at www.egausa.org.
