A typical Study Box will contain the history, materials, stitched samples, and program projects. Study Boxes may be borrowed for a period of five weeks (including shipping time) by any Chapter or individual within the Region. The Chapter must send the signed Study Box Reservation Form to the Region Education Chairman, along with a security deposit of $50.00, in the form of a Chapter check, made payable to Pacific Southwestern Region (PSR). The deposit check will be sent to the Region Treasurer for deposit into the Region's account. After checking the inventory and condition of the returned Study Box, the Region Education Chairman will request a check in the amount of $50.00, payable to the Chapter, be sent to the Chapter.
